Mason Medynski was nominated to the Board in 2022 by Basketball Saskatchewan. Medynski has served as the co-ordinator of basketball for Team Saskatchewan at the North American Indigenous Games (NAIG) and is a co-founder of both One Love Basketball and the Living Skies Basketball League. 

He has experience in co-ordinating sport at the grassroots level and promoting meaningful change in communities through sport.
